Department runs Ph. D. program in various diverse fields of Electronics Engineering.
1. Ten (10) students have already been awarded Ph. D degree from the Department of Electronics & Instrumentation, ISM University.
2. At present four (4) full time JRFs (Mr. Abhishek Kumar Shrivastava, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Mr. Rakesh Ranjan and fourth likely to be joined in the Aug,2009) and Six (6) part time research scholars, are working in the field of Semiconductors, Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Optical Amplifiers, optoelectronic materials and nanotechnology.
